Crynodeb
Provide advanced nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for haematology patients. Act as a keyworker and care coordinator for a defined patient caseload. Deliver nurse-led clinics and telephone follow-up where appropriate. Monitor treatment-related toxicities and escalate as required. Support patients and families with complex information, symptom management, and psychosocial needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of haematological conditions, treatment protocols, and clinical trials.
