As a Mail Room Porter, you will be responsible for delivering safe and compliant mail and porterage services on time and within budget, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Our Porters play a vital role in site operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

The Role
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, parcels, and internal courier items to the appropriate recipients
Load and unload vehicles from supply partners and courier services
Maintain up-to-date names at collection points and pigeonholes in the post room
Oversee equipment related to mail services, including franking machines and trolleys, in accordance with contractual requirements
Integrate into a team, supporting with all aspects of the working environment
Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment
Keep in line with our standards of accuracy
