Job Title: Alternative Provision Pastoral Mentor – Maternity Cover
Responsible to: Assistant Headteacher(s)
Salary: Grade 9 £27,440 - £29,400 (£32,069 - £34,360 (FTE)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 5 days (39 weeks per year)
Fixed Term End Date: 31st August 2025
We are looking for a dynamic, committed and talented Pastoral Mentor, to develop and support the growth of an outstanding Trust-wide Alternative Provision.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Trust Leaders of Lionheart’s Alternative Provision and the teachers to implement effective practice for students who may be disengaged from mainstream education to ensure they are provided for in the most effective ways. They will be creative in their thinking and a strong communicator, ensuring that learners’ educational and holistic needs are met.
