Whole School Approach Lead Band 6
Post: With Me In Mind Whole School Approach Lead
With Me In Mind is a school based mental health service involved in early intervention and prevention of mental health in children and young people. Part of the service offer is to impact on this through a whole school approach to mental health. We are looking for a Whole School Approach Lead in our Doncaster locality.
This role involves working in partnership with RDASH colleagues and with local educational settings to facilitate the development of a whole school approach in each setting, encompassing early intervention and prevention. This should be achieved through auditing throughout the year under the framework of Whole School Approach within a Mental Health Support Team to develop a positive culture and ethos.
Candidates who should apply will be passionate about early intervention and prevention, needs analysis and implementing change. This is not a clinical role but rather a co-ordinating and delegating role, based on needs analysis. The candidate will have great skills in auditing, co-ordinating service delivery and monitoring impact.
For further information regarding the post in Doncaster please contact the Clinical Lead for the service at richardbryan@nhs.net or telephone 01302 796191.
The whole school approach lead will work with schools and colleges as part of a mental health support team. The post holder will work autonomously and directly with education settings to coproduce and evaluate the whole school approach interventions.
