Your new role
As a Transport Administrator your role will involve:
- Coordinate transport schedules and dispatch documentation
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office
- Monitor and update transport logs, delivery notes, and compliance paperwork
- Respond to queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain service standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
