We are currently recruiting for 2 Quality Administrators to join an extremely busy Manufacturing Engineering client based near Keighley/ Silsden.
The positions has been created due to an increased work load and the client is looking to add some additional support to the Quality team.
This is a permanent role available for an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an Administration role within a manufacturing environment - experience working with Quality / technical documentation is ideal but not essential. Candidates will work as part of the quality team to produce final documentations packs and ensure all required documents accompany each product.
A keen eye for detail and methodical mindset is key for this role.
Interested candidates will have strong IT Skills and be confident learning new systems.
Hours - 36½ hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm / Fridays 8.30am to 1.00pm (Flexitime available)
Role Description
Creation of document packs in line with client and company requirements.
Review and collation of incoming material certificates.
Creation of quality reports on products and departmental performance indicators.
Creation and tracking of non-conformance reports both internal and external.
Assist with continuous improvement activities.
Any other duties as requested by Senior Management Team
Skills & Attributes
Demonstrable experience within an administrative within a manufacturing environment -experience in a quality / technical role would be advantageous
Strong IT Skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage work pressure.
Keen eye for detail
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook literate.
Excellent communication skills.
