Package Description:

At Avery Healthcare, we believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. That’s why we’re dedicated to supporting the incredible individuals who make a difference in our residents’ lives every single day. We celebrate your hard work, champion your growth, and create an environment where you can thrive.

When you join our team, you’re not just stepping into a role—you’re stepping into a community built on respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to excellence. Here, your dedication will be recognised, your ideas valued, and your career nurtured.

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our award-winning team as a Client Liaison Manager. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a company that truly cares, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Client Liaison Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving occupancy and revenue growth. You’ll be the friendly face and strategic mind behind our home’s success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales and marketing process to meet and exceed budget targets.

  • Responding to enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and warmth.

  • Managing the pipeline of potential residents to maximise conversion and revenue.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key care influencers and community contacts.

  • Ensuring brand standards and deadlines are consistently met.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a natural communicator, a confident negotiator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Most importantly, you live and breathe our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence.

  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

  • The ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively.

  • Previous experience in a sales role (preferred but not essential).
