Develop and manage the Trust Careers Website, ensuring it is fit for purpose, meets business needs and maintains the corporate voice Develop and maintain robust local databases, spreadsheets and communication systems as required, ensuring effective and efficient use of these systems in all respects Produce briefing, and other communications, to support the Staff Experience and Engagement agenda across the Trust Produce documents and reports pertaining to all staff engagement activity. This will require the use of MS Office and other systems on a regular basis Ability to create content related to Staff Experience and Engagement. For example, Web Pages, Campaign Plans, Annual Reports etc Ability to create content for a range of on-line and off-line staff engagement communication materials Maintain own records (both electronic and paper-based) Use, retrieve and update information daily from a variety of databases Ensure accurate records are maintained in relation to Staff Experience and Engagement activities You will be redirected to Trac to apply for the vacancy.
