Crynodeb
The Clinical Specialist will take a lead role in delivery of clinical service to the patients and carers we support. This will include supervision of clinicians and playing an active role in clinical decision making along with other clinicians. The post holder will have responsibility for providing clinical leadership to colleagues in assessment, treatment and management of patients who experience a crisis. The post holder will provide expert care and support to all patients who are under the care of the crisis team providing evidenced based interventions based on need. The post holder will also formulate plans of care within the multi-disciplinary team and negotiate implementations of such plans and the sharing of complex, sensitive and confidential information.
