We are recruiting for a well-established business with a fun, friendly team looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. With a generous commission scheme, this role blends customer service and sales, handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Handle incoming calls and assist customers via live chat
Offer impartial advice on various options
Convert enquiries into bookings
Update records in our CRM system
Process amendments and cancellations for existing bookings
What Were Looking For - Customer Service & Sales Advisor
A friendly, upbeat personality
Strong experience in phone-based customer service or sales
Excellent customer service skills
Motivated and calm under pressure
Great phone manner
Availability Monday - Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm or 10.30 am - 7 pm), plus one in three Saturdays (9 am-5 pm)
