Hours of Work:16 Hours Per Week - Hours Between 09:00 - 19:00
As a Mental Health Support Worker at Global Wave Ltd, your daily duties include providing emotional support, and promoting independence through tailored routines.
You’ll help clients:
• Manage medication
• Attend appointments
• Engage in meaningful activities in the community
Safeguarding, clear communication, and maintaining accurate care records are essential to ensuring safety, dignity, and wellbeing.

Applicant Requirements:
• Empathy and emotional intelligence: Understanding and responding to clients’ emotional needs with patience and care.
• Strong communication: Clear, respectful interaction with clients, families, and professionals, both verbal and written.
• Reliability and punctuality: Consistency is key in building trust and maintaining routines.
• Adaptability: Comfort working with diverse individuals and adjusting to changing support needs or environments.
• Discretion and confidentiality: Respecting privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately.
• Driving ability: A valid UK driving licence is preferred with own car, as taking client out to activities and appointments will be required.
• Right to work in the UK: Applicants must meet legal employment criteria.
