✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with complex needs including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and SLD
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver inclusive learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Help create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience working in a UK school setting
- Desirable: Experience in SEN or specialist settings
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting children with additional needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
