Sales & Administration Executive
We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales & Administration Executive to join our team in Medway. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and supporting our training team with day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will proactively target potential, existing, and dormant customers to create new opportunities while maintaining and developing strong relationships with current clients through regular calls, emails, and follow-ups. You’ll be confident in cold calling and prospecting to win new business, as well as building an in-depth understanding of our products and services so you can make tailored recommendations.
Day-to-day tasks will include responding to enquiries by phone and email, recording all sales activity and feedback, following up quotations, and ensuring accurate reports are maintained. You will also process bookings, manage training schedules, raise invoices, handle payments, and develop positive working relationships with our instructors, keeping records up to date. At times, you will provide holiday cover and occasional support to the Service Team when required, while also managing social media activity and using Microsoft Office to keep data and reports accurate.
We are looking for a confident and articulate communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to generate leads, convert enquiries into sales, and promote additional training courses. You should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and flexible enough to support colleagues when needed. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to building lasting customer relationships are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys both sales and administration. You will play a key role in helping customers access the training they need, while developing long-term relationships and contributing to the company’s growth.
Working hours between Monday - Friday 07.30 - 17.30 to be agreed
To apply, please send your CV along with a short email outlining why you feel you are suitable for the role.
