- Is adaptable, willing to take on a variety of tasks and is eager to learn

- Can operate computer programmes such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Further details about the role

Horton Lodge School is seeking to appoint an experienced administrative assistant to support the school’s administrative function in managing the day-to-day financial and administrative procedures at the school. Reporting to the school business manager the assistant will be a part of our busy and dedicated admin team who provide excellent support to our whole school community

As a school Administrative Assistant we can guarantee that no two days will be the same and therefore you will need to be flexible and able to prioritise effectively. You will assist the school with financial matters, including working on the schools accounting systems, conducting research for best value and placing orders as well as supporting the overall administrative function, including reception duties as required.
