Your Role
As F&B Supervisor, you’ll be the hands-on leader who keeps our service smooth, our team inspired, and our guests delighted. You’ll bring energy, elegance, and excellence to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise daily operations across our bars, restaurants, and in-room dining.
- Support and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service with personality.
- Ensure all areas meet luxury standards for presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with training, rotas, and performance development.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to elevate menus, events, and service moments.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury or lifestyle F&B setting.
- A hands-on, guest-first approach with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
