Crynodeb
Provide high-quality, safe, and effective medical care to patients. Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications and treatments in line with best practice and NHS guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Work collaboratively with the practice team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Participate in clinical audits, governance, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to health promotion and patient education programs. Attend practice meetings, CPD sessions, and training opportunities. Supervise and support GP Registrars and medical students where appropriate.
