Crynodeb
Compliance Identify and escalate risks affecting the Trusts operations. Ensure all Electrical maintenance and installation works are carried out in accordance with statutory regulations, HTMs, British Standards, and Trust policies. CAFM System Management Receive, manage, and complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks via the Trusts CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system, ensuring timely and accurate updates to job records. Technical Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, repairs, and minor installation works on a wide range of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure all electrical works are completed in accordance with HTM 06-01 and other relevant technical standards and statutory guidance.
