Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities Coordinate the incoming information from DCSS volunteers Respond to carers and professionals enquiries to ensure the relevant team member take up this action Maintain accurate records and monitor service communications Assist the organisation of educational events and carer support groups Liaise with statutory, voluntary, and independent agencies Assist in the delivery of a high standard support service for informal carers of people with dementia. Prepare documents for dissemination of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team Record information in Systmone timely and accurately. Participate in team meetings, contributing to recording and taking actions. Coordinate provision and return of equipment and onboarding of new volunteers
