Key Responsibilities- Inspect and package plastic moulded products.
- Operate semi-automatic machines (after training).
- Monitor for faults and maintain quality standards.
- Handle pallets: stacking, wrapping, and moving with trolleys.
- Clean workstation and tools, including the use of solvents when required.
- Run multiple machines once trained.
- Comply with company health and safety policies.
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience (essential).
- Injection moulding experience (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts (days and nights).
- Own transport due to location.
- Safety boots required (hi-vis vest provided).
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights).
- 12-hour shifts.
- Training provided on day shifts before moving to the full shift pattern.
- £12.21 per hour basic pay.
- £50.50 weekly attendance bonus for completing all scheduled shifts.
- Overtime paid at 125% and 150% rates.
