Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex needs? We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Qualified SEN Teaching Assistants to join a dynamic and supportive special school in Rugby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible ad-hoc long-term placements or those seeking a pathway to a permanent role.
About the Role
- Support pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, PMLD and SEMH
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
- Use creative approaches to engage and motivate learners
What We Are Looking For
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a special school setting
- Patience, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs
