Your new role
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert HR support across key areas, including recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and data analysis. You'll work closely with managers to provide guidance on employment law, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to lead projects, influence policy development, and foster a positive work culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional HR advice to managers across NI and ROI
- Supporting recruitment and retention strategies using a values-based approach
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting diversity and inclusion
- Managing ER cases and supporting staff wellbeing
- Analysing HR data to inform decision-making and reporting
- Leading or contributing to HR projects aligned with organisational goals
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years' recent experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment, ER casework, employment law advice, data analysis, and policy development
- A full, valid driving licence or the ability to travel independently
- CIPD membership (Associate or above)
- Experience in HR project work and coaching/mentoring
- You'll need to demonstrate strong communication skills, resilience, and a collaborative approach, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in HR practice
