Job Title: Part-Time Qualified Accountant (2–3 Days per Week)

About Us
We are a successful and growing fashion company based in the vibrant Spitalfields / Brick Lane area of Central London. Our offices are modern, well-located, and easily accessible by public transport. We have a motivated and expanding team and are looking for a further fully qualified Accountant to join us on a part-time basis.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to work 2–3 weekdays per week in our London office. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and compliance, including:
Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
Finalising year-end accounts to trial balance.
Managing all bookkeeping tasks.
Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, including expenses.
Assisting with payroll where required (desirable but not essential as we have someone currently doing this).
Requirements:
Preferably Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience (fashion industry experience desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
Full right to work in the UK (to be verified before employment).
Must be office-based in London (E1 6QL).
Working Hours
2–3 weekdays per week (flexible days).
Office hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
