  • Providing input into our Group transition plan to ensure climate-related activity is appropriately captured

  • Building and maintaining knowledge and external relationships to influence future climate-related requirements for financial services organisations and generate actionable insights on sustainability issues to ensure forward plans and thought leadership focus on areas of strategic importance to the Group

  • Providing guidance to the Group on the evolving challenges and opportunities in the net zero landscape and their interdependency with nature, adaptation and social themes and recommending and mobilising internal approaches on specific topics

  • Developing and maintaining strong internal relationships with specialist nature and social teams within the GSB function, as well as key colleagues in our business units and Group functions, including Risk and Finance.

  • Leading, empowering and developing colleagues to help build a high-performing team, encouraging and embedding new, agile and innovative practices to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy and pace
