Job Title: Kitchen Showroom Assistant

Location: Lawnswood Road, Wordsley (On-site)
Hours: Part-time, 18 hours/week (including Saturdays) 3 days
Salary: Negotiable

The Role:
We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and engaging Showroom Assistant to join our small but dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, showing our kitchen displays, and supporting our sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, polite, and relatable personality
• Able to deal confidently with members of the public
• Self-motivated and able to work well within a small team
• Basic computer skills
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Provide information about our kitchen products and services
• Support the sales team with customer enquiries
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming showroom environment
