We’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our vibrant teams, helping individuals with complex needs live independently and joyfully.
What You’ll Do:
>Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship
>Plan and enjoy activities like music, cinema, swimming, and holidays
>Work closely with families and professionals to deliver consistent, person-centred care
>Promote independence through tailored support plans
>Keep accurate records and contribute to a positive team culture
About the People You’ll Support: Every day is different—whether it’s shopping, discos, fly cups, or pamper sessions at home. You’ll bring joy, purpose, and laughter to everyday life.
Shift Patterns: We offer 24/7 support, so you’ll work a mix of:
>Early & late shifts
>Sleepovers & wakened nights
>Weekends & public holidays
