Join Our Housing Support Teams in Ellon, Cruden Bay & Peterhead

We’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our vibrant teams, helping individuals with complex needs live independently and joyfully.

What You’ll Do:

>Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship
>Plan and enjoy activities like music, cinema, swimming, and holidays
>Work closely with families and professionals to deliver consistent, person-centred care
>Promote independence through tailored support plans
>Keep accurate records and contribute to a positive team culture

Shift Patterns: We offer 24/7 support, so you’ll work a mix of:

>Early & late shifts
