CX611 Personal Assistant needed to support a young teenage girl to access the community. HU6 Area. 5 hours term time 10 hours school holidays

Further Information: Further information: A PA is required who has a good understanding of SEN needs, to support a 14-year-old female with learning disabilities.
The main duties would be to provide companionship for this young girl who enjoys been outdoors and going to the park, she enjoys swimming and gong to the cinema. The young girl needs to use a wheelchair when on outings.
This role will include some personal and continence care.
A PA would be a kind person who can provide companionship and support for this young girl to access the community and enjoy activities and outings.
PA would need to be flexible and able to work weekends in school term and various days in school holidays. This can be discussed at interview.
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of which will be met by the local authority/employer.”
