Are you a commercially minded marketing specialist with hands-on experience in paid search and paid social? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house marketing team.

We’re looking for a paid media expert to take the lead on driving growth through smart, data-driven advertising. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the management of a 7-figure annual budget in collaboration with our retained paid media agencies.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be a key driver of our PPC strategy across Google and Microsoft, working hand-in-hand with our agencies to create campaigns that generate leads and deliver strong ROI. From managing budgets and optimising performance, to interrogating the data and spotting new opportunities, you’ll be the go-to specialist for all things paid media. If you thrive on testing, learning, and pushing campaigns to the next level, this role gives you the freedom to make a big impact.

While we offer hybrid working, we get together in our Glasgow office at least once a week for team collaboration and to stay connected.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing Google, Microsoft and Meta advertising campaigns

• Demonstrable knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising principles

• Proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting and analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar)

• Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis

• Experience working with agencies and internal teams
