What You’ll Do:
- Act asLV and HV Authorised Personfor the site
- Lead and manage your team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Oversee day-to-day electrical operations, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory, routine, and reactive work
- Allocate and manage workloads using CAFM systems, ensuring timely completion to contractual KPIs
- Supervise specialist contractors and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates on compliance, performance, and PPM effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry legislation, technological changes, and best practices
What You Bring:
- The ideal candidate will hold aC&G Electrical qualification, HNC, HND, or equivalent
- Proven experience in electrical supervision within a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, includingdistribution, lighting, fire detection, building automation, standby generators, security systems, CCTV, nurse call, HVAC, and data communications.
- Experience in planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive maintenance is essential.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, coordinate, and develop a team, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and statutory regulations.
- Excellentattention to detail, numeracy, record-keeping,and problem-solving skills are also required, alongside the ability to act on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
