Crynodeb
G R Employment Ltd is looking for Warehouse Operatives - Food Operatives. This position is for an immediate start in the Wellingborough NN9 5DB area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leaders in dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. The company has been manufacturing for over 100 years here in the UK and providing healthy, nutritious snacks.
Shift Available - Days Rotating Shift
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Monday to Friday: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Hourly Rate: £13.41 per hour
Sunday to Thursday: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Hourly Rate: £13.96 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.31 per hour (After 40.5 hours)
This position is a temporary position; however can lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate.
Job responsibilities:
· Working on a fast-moving production line, meeting quality and efficiency targets
· Keeping your work area clean and hygienic, following food safety standards
· Able to work hard effectively as part of the team
· Supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly
Job qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented, ensuring all tasks and produce meet the highest quality standards
Calm and focused under pressure, performing effectively in fast-paced, busy environments
