We are seeking a Care Manager for one of the South's leading domiciliary care providers to cover Bath. They will offer:
As Care Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office. This will also include:
- Basic salary of £35,000

As Care Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office. This will also include:
- Manage and Lead, following CQC Guidelines and maintain compliance
- Conducting assessments and updating care plans
- Ensuring that the care provided is of highest quality and meets care needs
- Take a lead in promoting the expansion of services
- Managerial Experience within the care sector
- Good knowledge of CQC fundamental standards
- UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for supporting older people within the community
- A NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards one
