Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)


Rate of pay: £20 per hour


Rotation of day and night shifts


36 hours per week



Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their welcoming nursing home team. What We’re Looking For



  • Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin.

  • Experience in a nursing home is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and mental capacity assessments.

  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving residents’ quality of life.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities


As a Registered Nurse, you will:



  • Deliver safe, person-centred care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

  • Administer medications and treatments in line with individual care plans and NMC standards.

  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to create and review care plans that promote dignity and independence.

  • Monitor and record residents’ progress, escalating concerns promptly.

  • Support individuals with complex needs, including dementia, long-term conditions, and end-of-life care.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to care assistants and junior staff.

  • Maintain high standards of infection control, safeguarding, and clinical practice.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
