Job Title: Compliance Support AnalystSalary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annumContract Type: Full time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours/week, half-hour unpaid lunch)Additional: Every third Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm (paid overtime, remote working)Location: Mitie, T2 Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B37 7ES (However there is flexibility and remote working included to be arranged.)
As a Contract Support Analyst within the Retail Cleaning Compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring service excellence by supporting regional teams in meeting contract KPIs through effective data management and reporting. Your responsibilities will include resolving asset and maintenance issues, producing accurate reports using the QFM CAFM system, and presenting performance metrics in clear formats for senior management. You'll collaborate across teams to promote best practices, enhance compliance, and support the development of data governance frameworks. The role demands strong analytical skills, advanced IT proficiency—particularly in Excel and Power BI—and a solid understanding of asset data. You'll need to be a confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders, and demonstrating adaptability and emotional intelligence. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. A customer-focused mindset and a logical, results-driven approach are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
