Crynodeb
Abington Park Surgery are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious Primary Care Nurse to join our existing team. The successful candidate will deliver evidence based practice for patients with long-term conditions and management and preventative nursing interventions to all patients. They will also assist with Cytology, Minor Illness and other nursing duties required by the practice. The role will include providing assessment, screening and treatment services in line with the practice protocols. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified registered first level nurse with experience in Primary Care and Management of either COPD, Family Planning or Asthma.
