Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as the NCGI-T Dissemination Team customer focal point for product dissemination.
Collaborate with stakeholders to increase the availability and visibility of DI products.
Resolve product dissemination issues, repairing where possible and escalating when necessary.
Maintain, and develop Power Platform intelligence workflows.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures and training packages.
Provide advice and guidance to our customers on the use of task management tools.
Provide the knowledge and technical skills to provide guidance and troubleshooting for analytical personnel.
Undertake training and personal development.
This role is unique to NCGI, and the successful candidate will be provided a full training package.
The role requires most of the time working from the office, as there are specific IT systems required on a daily basis. Although flexible working patterns will be available, most of the working time will be required from RAF Wyton and our NCGI-T offices.
