Job Title: Care Team Leader Location: Boston Spa, Leeds
Hours: Days -8am-8pm, Nights - 8pm-8am
Pay: Days - £14 p/h, Nights - £15p/h

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:
· Previous Team leader experience
· Must be a driver / Access to vehicle
· Right to work in the UK
· Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
· Flexibility to work both days and nights
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a Team: Guide, motivate, and mentor Care Assistants to uphold the highest standards of care.
· Deliver Quality Care: Create and manage individual care plans, with a focus on person-centred care.
· Ensure Safety: Handle and audit medication, maintaining meticulous records to ensure resident safety.
· Compassionate care: Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing.
