About Us
At O'Neill & Brennan, we’re proud to be one of the UK and Ireland's leading construction industry service providers, with a turnover exceeding £100 million. While we're widely recognised for our expertise in Labour, Trades, and Logistics, our White-Collar division has long been a cornerstone of our success.
With 14 offices across the UK and Ireland, we’ve built lasting partnerships with Tier 1 clients and secured positions on some of the most sought-after PSLs. As we continue to expand, we’re now looking for a strategic and driven individual to join our Bristol office as a Recruitment Consultant within the White-Collar Construction team.
The Role.
As an experienced recruiter, you know the recruitment process inside out. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing candidate relationships, growing our client base, and delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
This is a collaborative team where knowledge is shared, and success is celebrated. You'll play a key role as the go-to expert in the White-Collar construction market, with the opportunity to shape and lead this division as it grows.
Whether you're an established manager or a high-performing recruiter ready to take your first step into leadership, this is your chance to lead from the front and build something great.
The Candidate.
We’re passionate about finding people who share our energy and commitment to the construction industry. If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:
• A proven track record in recruitment, with strong billings to back it up
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Confidence in business development and building strong client relationships
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to motivate and support those around you
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ambition, initiative, and a proactive attitude to success
• Previous leadership experience is a bonus – but not essential
The Benefits.
We believe in rewarding success and supporting career growth. As part of our team, you’ll benefit from:
• Competitive basic salary & market-leading commission structure
• Director-led leadership training and mentor-ship
• Clear and defined progression pathway
• Vitality Health Insurance & Life Assurance
• Summer and Christmas parties
• Mobile phone & laptop provided
• Modern office environment with breakout spaces & darts board
