Junior Sister /Charge Nurse -

We are really excited about the Ward Sister roles that we have developed for our wards within our Surgical Directorate and Planned Care Division. As part of our ambitious agenda and on-going development of the wards, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader into the ward sister role on MMW at St Helier Hospital.

Are you a compassionate nurse? Are you enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced and passionate about care? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for an outstanding and committed Ward Sister (band 6) to support the Mary Moore Ward within St Helier Hospital.

The successful candidate will be able to drive the clinical quality agenda; ensuring patients receive an outstanding experience within our care. We believe our senior nurses need to be pragmatic and ready to embrace change.

MMW ward is an surgical ward comprising of 39 beds. We have a clear and ambitious vision to provide outstanding patient care and to become the best; we would like you to be part of this success.
