What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH
• Supporting with de-escalation, emotional regulation, and classroom focus
• Building trusted, professional relationships with vulnerable students
• Helping students re-engage with education through structured learning
• Working closely with pastoral staff, therapists, and teaching teams
• Supporting tailored behaviour plans and learning targets

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this Camden School:

• Previous experience working with children or young people (SEMH or SEN preferred)
