Job Title: Senior Care Worker
Hours: 36 per week
Shifts: 6 or 12 hours between 8am – 8pm (Weekend on/Weekend off)
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, supporting residents to live fulfilling lives, and leading a team with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe and accurate administration of medication.
Leading and supporting the care team during shifts.
Promoting dignity, choice, and independence for residents.
Ensuring care plans are followed and updated as required.
Acting as a role model to the staff team, maintaining high standards of care.
Communicating effectively with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
Supporting the management team with audits, compliance, and day-to-day running of the home.

Regular contracted hours (36 per week).
Shift patterns of either 6 or 12 hours, between 8am and 8pm.
Weekend on/weekend off rota.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior or team leader role within a care setting.
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends.
