About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Adviser to provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. This role is key in ensuring fair, consistent, and effective HR practices while driving employee engagement and compliance with employment law.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Guide managers through employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance improvement processes.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and organizational values.
Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, well-being, and diversity initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reporting and metrics.
Deliver training or workshops to managers and staff on HR-related topics.
Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects such as performance management, pay and reward, learning and development, and organizational change.
