We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• Sustain high standards of teaching, learning, and curriculum, ensuring every child flourishes academically, socially, and spiritually.
• Be a visible and approachable leader, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, families, governors, and the wider parish community.
• Demonstrate strategic leadership in a rural context, securing the best outcomes for our children.
• Prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing at the heart of school life.
