What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to lead our friendly and supportive team. The Office Manager will have a flexible attitude towards work and an ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school is also necessary. This person will demonstrate a calm, positive attitude, with the ability to multitask within an extremely busy school office environment.

What the school offers its staff

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office including line managing Academy administrative staff. They are also responsible for administrative and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times. They assist with all the planning and development of support services. They are also responsible for all procedures relating to the Single Central Record.
