What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Citizenship Teacher to deliver innovative and creative lessons that engage and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will teach Citizenship at KS3 & KS4 and would be joining a faculty that is experienced, supportive and high achieving. We would, however, consider applications from those with a strong Social Science background.
What the school offers its staff
At CBSC there is a strong emphasis on sustaining and raising achievement in innovative ways and there is a genuine commitment to collaboration and professional development with a bespoke CPD programme.
We welcome applications from prospective ECTs who will be well supported by experienced mentors, or from existing teachers looking to make the next move in their career. At CBSC there are exceptional opportunities for further professional development and promotion.
Commitment to safeguarding
CBSC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. All successful candidates will be required to undertake a criminal check via the DBS before they can be appointed.
