What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a capable and confident Learning Support/ Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with students who have additional learning and support needs (SEND).
You must have:
• Good level of spoken English
• Experience in KS1 /KS2
• GCSE English and maths
• Some experience of supporting students with additional needs (SEND)
• Experienced teaching and managing phonics groups
• Be kind, friendly, professional and have high expectations for all children
