Job Description: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to work in our chilled warehouse at the Eurocentral site. This role is focused on handling milk stock and ensuring it is distributed correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually load and unload roller cages of milk from vehicles.
- Check best before dates and stock codes to ensure accuracy.
- Carry out correct stock rotation to maintain freshness and quality standards.
- Replenish stock, consolidate inventory and assemble cages for orders to be safely stacked.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace, to keep our warehouse organised and ready for demand.
- Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.
Required Experience:
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
