I am working with a developer seeking a dynamic Regional New Homes Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the entire purchase process-from initial enquiry to final handover.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospective homebuyers, providing expert advice on a wide range of new build properties across multiple developments in the South West Midlands.
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, highlighting the quality, energy efficiency, and lifestyle benefits of each new home.
- Manage the full sales process, from first enquiry to legal completion, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current pricing, incentives, Help to Buy/First Homes schemes, and available offers to support informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record in new homes sales or estate agency (essential).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites across the South West Midlands.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Thursday to Monday working pattern).
