What are you going to do?
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with SEMH needs in a range of educational settings. Your duties will include assisting with lesson preparation, providing individual and group support, and creating a positive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
