This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping product ranges, driving sales, and ensuring smooth stock flow across multiple categories.
Key Duties- Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and the wider business to select and plan ranges, promotions, and new initiatives.
- Analyse sales and market data to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Manage stock, intake, and WSSI to maximise availability and minimise risk.
- Oversee critical paths to deliver projects on time and in full.
- Support and develop junior team members.
- Proven retail merchandising experience with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent data handling, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
- Confident communicator and collaborator with a customer-first mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of stationery, FMCG, or general merchandise (preferred).
