Job Overview
-We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quotations Administrator to join our remote team. In this role you will be responsible for processing, preparing and managing supplier quotations in a timely and accurate manner for client review. You will work closely with the Regional Facilities Team and Supply Chain to ensure that quotes meet client requirements and contractual terms.
Main Duties
-Monitor and manage shared email inboxes used for client and supply chain communications, internal coordination, and business operations. Categorize, prioritize, and forward messages to relevant team members or departments as needed.
-Prepare and issue accurate, timely, and professional quotations to the client.
-Maintain and update quotation logs and client system.
-Track and follow up on outstanding quotations and liaise with the supply chain accordingly.
-Respond to client inquiries related to pricing, availability, and lead times.
-Support the continuous improvement of quotation processes and tools.

-Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or quotation-related role.
-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of emails.
