Wraparound Care & Holiday Club Manager
Full-Time | 35 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Home-based with travel across Suffolk, Essex & Kent (plus occasional HQ visits in Norfolk)
Premier Education are the UK’s No.1 provider of sport and physical activity in primary schools. We are looking for an experienced Childcare Manager to oversee and grow our wraparound care and holiday clubs.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and manage wraparound care & holiday club provision across multiple schools
• Ensure full Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
• Recruit, support and manage staff teams
• Work with parents, schools and local authorities to build strong partnerships
• Drive occupancy, quality and growth of clubs
• Manage budgets, reporting and grant funding (e.g. HAF)
What we’re looking for:
• Proven leadership in childcare, education or playwork
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
• Confident communicator and organiser
• Ability to manage staff performance and training
• Financial and operational management skills
